My first card is already the one connected to Dish, I reconfigured the lineups grabbing Dish's first but it didn't make a difference.
I solved the issue by setting this card's priority to -10 and giving a -1 priority to cable channels I want to get on Dish if available. Somehow, giving a negative priority worked better.
