The real problem is the WinTV PVR 150. It doesn't fit.
Check the archives for my "how to void your warranty" message and pictures for what I did to put a PVR-250 into my Pundit.
Or get the low-profile version of the PVR-150. I know that buy.com sells them. It comes with a low-profile bracket though, so you'll need to take that off and potentially replace it if you're going to put it into a full-height PCI slot.
