I'm trying to get mpeg2->mpeg2 cutting using nuvexport without the avidemux screens popping up.
I can successfully do mpeg2->mpeg2 cutting using nuvexport. After installing xorg-x11-Xvfb 6.7.0-14, the nuvexport process hangs at this point: Finding the AV Offset to use with lvemux: -33 Indexing the file with avidemux2 I can watch the .nuv.idx file getting created in /myth/recordings (where the .nuv file is located). The .nuv.idx file grows in size for about 20-30 seconds, then stops at 61440 bytes. I'm running myth 0.17 from atrpms, avidemux 2.0.34-5_test2.rhfc2.at, fc2, and nuvexport-0.2-0.20050515.cvs.noarch.rpm. I also have gtk2-cursed-2.2.2-1.i386.rpm gtk2-cursed-engines-2.2.0-1.i386.rpm installed, but even with them installed I still get avidemux gui popups unless I have xvfb installed. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
