Can anyone tell my how to fix it? It worked with no problem before I
upgraded. I rebuilt the drivers, but no dice.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

It usually means the module you are trying to load was compiled for a
different kernel. So, recompile (or get a binary) pcHDTV 2.0.
