I have a winTV-PVR-350 and the F key works as supposed to. I am
pressing it right now: <adjust picture
brithgness>contrast>color>hue>volume> and each can be adjusted with < >.
I am new in this thing and I have other problems too :-) so I can not
tell you how to solve it however I know it works.
