I believe if you check the FAQ that Asus has on their website you'll see:
Q:
Does Pundit-R have PXE boot ROM?
A:
The onboard LAN of Pundit-R does not support PXE boot ROM since ATi
chipset on Pundit-R cannot support PXE.
Don't know if that matters to you.
You can get one of the 3com 905tx cards that has an onboard pxe boot
room. I did that with a motherboard that didn't support pxe.
Sure, but that uses one of the two slots available in a Pundit. Which
may not be an issue.
