I run a dual head graphics card with two different resolutions. Prior
to 0.18 when I ran on :0.1 it picked up the correct resolution. 0.18 and
0.18.1 it pickes up the resolution of :0.0.

It is really using screen 1 though. If I manually run with
mythfrontend -geometry 640x480
it works ok.
Only screen 1 has xvideo support, I don't know if that is causing the problem
