This rant thread is about Jerod's guide, which is specific to Fedora Core. You are using KnoppMyth. You're also using a version of KnoppMyth which is not the very latest. The current release is R5A16.1 which fixes numerous small problems. You should visit the forum at http://mysettopbox.tv/phpBB2 to discuss KnoppMyth-specific problems and fixes.
