Cool, thanks, hadn't thought of trying mplayer but it works a treat. It's easy enough to set up Opera to automatically open mplayer with the URL instead of downloading then opening with the file so a single click actually works perfectly in there. Doesn't seem to be an obvious way to do this with FF though.
