From recent posts in the dev list it sounds like we're close to the day
when mythvideo's internal player will be able to handle this. In the
meantime you can use xine to get full dvd menu support by launching it
with the full path to the iso and a trailing slash. Like this:
xine /a/b/c/movie.iso/
