I made my first TS recording overnight and after manually specifying the cutlist and transcoding to NUV MPEG4 the cuts are just about perfect. There are a couple of frames shown of the end of the commercial, but I can probably prevent that by placing the cutpoint in a couple. I am now trying the commercial flagger on the new series of 24.
