Dan,

I would just set up a static ip for the mythtv box and then add a port
redirection from your router's outsite IP to the static NAT'ed
address.

As an example, statically set your mythtv ip to 192.168.1.200 (or
something else not being used in the router's dhcp range) and then hop
into your linksys router and send port 80 tcp to 192.168.1.200.
