Do you have expat installed? http://expat.sourceforge.net
you could also check the makefile for xmame to see if BUILD_EXPAT=1
is uncommented. I seem to remember something about debian and expat
and this setting. I'm not familiar at all with xebian. you should
probably check the xmame mailing list also.
