Mat, You could use the FC3 0.18.1 rpms (add the FC3 repository info to your apt config). You could also use apt-get to install the main myth packages i.e. mythfrontend, mythbackend etc instead of using the mythtv-suite metapackage. Also, make sure to run 'apt-get update' before installing new software to ensure your apt-get is notified of all new packages.
