Joe, what ivtv driver are you using just out of curiosity? i looked at Jareds directions when i installed my 500 (even though i'm running KnoppMyth) and added some of his modprobe settings to my config. everything works fine, but i noticed on boot the other day that the options cx25840 no_black_magic=1 errored out with some msg saying that the options tag was no longer valid and would be ignored. so i've removed that line with no noticable affects to my system. so i'm just curious if my driver version is newer (3.6.y i think) than yours and that line is no longer valid; or what? i actually ended up removing quite a few of those lines one at a time and seeing what happened. i'll try to post my config back to this thread tonight with a confirmed ivtv driver version. thanks andy _______________________________________________ mythtv-users mailing list [email protected] http://mythtv.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/mythtv-users
