"plenty" no.  "just enough to squeak by" yes.  There's more to a
MythTV machine than playback of MPEG2 content.  Themes, commerical
flagging, filtering, transcoding, music visualizations, DVD ripping
and MPEG4 playback are all CPU intensive and will suffer under that
CPU.
