I posted a bit of information on this in the pchdtv.com forum: http://www.pchdtv.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=882
Basically, there are two tables you need to be concerned with, "channel" and "dtv_multiplex". Channel has the basic channel mapping info, with xmltvid, and refers to an entry in dtv_multiplex. The dtv_multiplex entry has the actual channel frequency. I modified the channel configuration in mythweb to allow editing of the relevant channel fields. I will try to create a patch for that tonight, so you can use that if you want. That would still not address the entry in the dtv_multiplex table, which is normally created when doing the channel scan.
