i tried that. right after setup the thing disappears, no error, no warning. is there a log file somewhere for the frontend?
i can ping the backend consistantly. would i need to install mysql on my mac if i download the prebuild binary? i have it isntalled but the bin isn't in a public place? maybe because it can't get to the database it drops? i've never run a .app folder from terminal to see error messages, is that even possible?
