Well all you need to do is edit those xml files.  They are pretty easy to figure out.   Knock yourself out and if you find something you like share it with us.

I would agree that Mythtv's menus are a bit unorganized.  Perhaps
adding multiple ways to get to the same setup/config pages would be
helpful, allowing jumps between sections rather than going all the
