It was because the networkID in dtv_multiplex was null. I changed it to 9018 (for all mplexes) and it started getting listings :) :) :)
ANyone know where 9018 came from? (I just grepped the log file for any SErviceID's and it came up with 9018...) i suspect I need different values for different mplexes.
