How about we try some simple diagnostics........

1) In your BIOS do you have Plug-and-Play OS Turned on? Change the
Plug-and-Play OS option (if on - turn off, if off turn on) to see if the
Motherboard recognizes the card.
2) Look for a bios entry for "Reset PCI" - or something similarly worded,
toggle this on.
3) Try resetting your CMOS to factory settings (which typically work).

If none of these work - I'm out of ideas.
