How do you "reset focus"?

Because the problem only occurs after using xine...
In other words, you start Myth and everything works fine. You use
MythVideo, which uses xine. The next time you get a popup in Myth,
you won't have focus. Once you "reset" focus, it's fine again until
you use xine.
