Thanks.  It looks as though they are set up by mythweb.

I don't understand why these are settings for a frontend only and yet mythweb 
seems only sensible for setting remote backend settings.

Anyway, I installed the packages per the documentation but when I surf to the 
mythweb page nothing comes up.  I don't want to become an apache expert just 
to set a few key bindings.....
