So, I did something dumb. My HD filled up and the mysql database got corrupted. While running through the myisam files, I accidentally overwrote the record table with a poorly typed command. Kids, take this as a lesson. Stay away from root. Anyway, I eventually got all the tables repaired, except, of course, the record table, which I gather is fairly central to the operation of mythback.
I was looking around for the db schema to try to recreate the table by hand, but I haven't been able to find an up-to-date one. Anyway, even if I could get the table created successfully, the db would have all sorts of out-of-sync data. What I'd like to do is clear out all the tables that depend on record, while leaving my settings intact. I don't really care about the data on my already-recorded programs. I didn't really have anything I cared about. I really don't want to have to re-setup all the myth settings and prefs, though. Can anyone help me out? Thanks. -- Evan "Take a moment to be sideways." _______________________________________________ mythtv-users mailing list [email protected] http://mythtv.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/mythtv-users
