If you don't find ProgressBar.pm on your hard drive, try downloading it manually from the XMLTV CVS (and putting it in the @INC path), try a different version of XMLTV or reinstall it. Also make sure when you put it in the @INC path you put it in a folder called XMLTV, ie, if @INC includes /usr/lib/perl then you should end up with /usr/lib/perl/XMLTV/ProgressBar.pm afterwards.
