Even exporting '/root/.mythtv/mythvideo' didn't work I'm guessing because the FE doesn't have that directory? Can I just create it on the FE? Don't forget this is on an Xbox.

When I installed Myth I did so as root to avoid having to SU back and forth. Does that cause installation issues for Myth?

I don't see /home/.mythtv/mythvideo on the BE it appears not to have been created? Would that be related to the installation as /root?

Would the NFS share issue also be the reason why MythGame doesn't work on the Xbox or is it because the binary's don't exist?

Thanks,

You SHOULDN'T be running MythTV as root.
