Just in case anyone else was having the same issue. These cards are
PVR-250 MCE (32xxx). They worked fine on FC3 with the pre10 ivtv
drivers (or something like that out of the apt-testing repository). I
decided to give apt-testing a try again. After editing my yum.conf
and doing a yum upgrade (with gpgcheck=0), everything seems to be
working fine now. I'm still messing around with my splitter and
cables to get optimal signal, but at least its working! Thanks.
