One thought/suggestion: I'm of the opinion that if you want to record BOTH ATSC/HDTV and NTSC/regular cable you'll probably be best of, IMHO, with a separate HDTV card (like the HD-3000) from the analog tuner card... maybe a PVR150 AND a HD3000 if budget allows?
I strongly think for most PVR'ing a hardware encoding tuner card for NTSC is preferred way to go...
