For what its worth the HTML theme is styled/formatted similarly to the WML version, so personally I would start with that and modify it to meet the cHTML requirements, Ideally you'd try something of here http://www.palowireless.com/imode/browsers.asp point it to your mytthweb connection and see what happens ;)
