And it just keeps printing that. Eventually it finishes and finds 0
breaks. It doesn't seem to do it on every recording since some have
breaks flagged.
I was using a svn revision from about 5 days ago and getting these
errors, so I upgraded to a recent svn revision (7335) and am still
getting the messages.
Any ideas?

So I figured I'd follow-up and say that the problem went away. I had
incorrectly set my recording profiles resolution. Now they're back to
640x480 and everything's commercial flagging fine.
