Ok, so it takes a LOT for me to resort to asking for help, but I've been reading the mailing archives and can't seem to figure this one out. My 350 works but the 500 seems to not generate any output. Here's what I've tried:

So, I followed the upgrade procedures for the firmware, but I can't seem to get it to change the revision number.
