Have you looked at the cards settings using: /usr/bin/ivtvctl -a On a second PVR-350 I installed recently I found that the dnr_temporal was set to something other than 0. This caused significant ghosting. Once I set it to 0 using: /usr/bin/ivtvctl -c dnr_temporal=0 The ghosting went away. Interestingly my master backend system with a PVR-350 did not have this problem and those settings defaulted to 0 on that system.
