For live tv you press "info" on the remote which pops up the on screen info like the current channel and a description of what is playing.  While this is up you can "browse" to other channels.  The Roku does support additional remote codes with something like a harmony remote, but mythroku isn't updated to take advantage of it yet.

With live TV, how do you change channels? The remote
appears to be lacking numbers and other functions.
Otherwise, this device looks sweet used in conjunction
with MythTV. I am tempted to sell my frontend and pick
up one of these bad boys.
