You didn't say what model Twinhan you had. I've got a Twinhan Mini-Ter and I've had the exact opposite experience. The Twinhan card is able to give a rock-solid lock on all the SD channels (my front end can't play HD yet) even though I don't have enough signal to watch analog (I think there might be some picture in amongst the snow sometimes). Considering I paid $96 from my wholesaler, I am quite happy with the card and was going to get several more.
