I found that enabling commercial flagging while trying to play back a HD recording caused the mythcommflag process to eat up about 45% of the CPU by itself, and pegging everything at 95+%. I haven't had time to troubleshoot this, but presumably mythcommflag has to decompress the stream to do its thing. At one point I even saw TWO copies of mythcommflag running at about 45% each, resulting in only about 1 in 50 frames getting to the TV.
