Thanks - for future generations searching this list, there is a perl
script in the contrib dir called "myth.rebuilddatabase.pl" which will
fix everything up. Thanks for your help Joe!

I think that somebody may have created a script that
lets you add the shows with information, but I'm not

There's only 1 MythTV database - 'mythconverg'.
You should add the
shows you want back into the 'recorded' table and
make sure you
physically place the files back in the recordings
directory. Not sure
if the thumbnail images will be recreated if you
have deleted those.
