I have a pcHDTV I figure I would be using DVB-C or S??? > > Ok I think I'm missing a step. SO you strat with a channel.conf file from something like make_atsc_chanconf.pl (since I'm using cable I have a corrected.qam file. Entries are like this KING:677000000:8VSB:0:0 -snip- This info allows for you to run azap which will tune to the channel. Using dvbscan -c I get an output like this [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~/.tzap# dvbscan -c using '/dev/dvb/adapter0/frontend0' and '/dev/dvb/adapter0/demux0' dumping lists (10 services) [0009] (0x0009) 00: PCR == V V 0x0800 A 0x0801 (eng) -snip- So how do you get to your format? > > ABC > HDTV:226500000:INVERSION_AUTO:BANDWIDTH_7_MHZ:FEC_3_4:FEC_3_4:QAM_64:TRANS > MISSION_MODE_8K:GUARD_INTERVAL_1_16:HIERARCHY_NONE:2314:0:576 In advance thanks for the help..
