Hmmm.... I download FC4 today from one of the main mirrors and no luck. It will let me put in "linux jfs" but no luck on getting it to work when I do /video partition.

I have Google it for hours just can't > figure out what I am doing wrong. You're not doing anything wrong, just select Ext3 and keep going. I guess Fedora removed support for JFS or something. The HOWTO should be updated. You're not the only one to be hung up on this.
