you go to "Manage Recordings", "Schedule Recordings", "Custom Record".

I've only tinkered with power search once before, but couldn't figure
out how to edit it once created (without resorting to the
command-line). Will the front-end let you *edit* power searches once
created as well as create them?
Yes, it's been in SVN for months now. The first widget lets you
select any existing power search whether it was created with
Advanced search or Custom Record (or created manually). After
making changes, click Record then Save to commit the changes to
the existing rule.
