I think the best course of action as far as myth's role in this is concerned is to pick a method
and incorporate it into the default behavior of myth in the next version. Many people (myself included)
don't change things unless they are broken, so they probably aren't even aware of the need to
reshedule listing downloads, and wouldn't mind changing if it were automatically done the next time
they upgraded.
