ACPI: PCI Interrupt 0000:00:12.0[A] -> Link [LNKA] -> GSI 11 (level,
low) -> IRQ 11

eth0: MII PHY found at address 1, status 0x786d advertising 01e1 Link

There's also a lot of stuff about IRQ 11 being disabled, "nobody
cared", weird stuff like that. But since the machine can ping itself
both at localhost and at the IP I've set it up as (192.168.0.240) I'm
not sure it's relevant.
You may want to try editing /boot/grub/grub.conf & add
"pci=usepirqmask" and/or "acpi=off" to your kernel line following
root=LABEL=/1. I have not needed either for my mythbox in FC4, but I
needed "acpi=off" in FC3, and I had to use both on my mom's laptop to
get the wireless card recognized in FC4. You'll have to edit grub.conf
& then reboot. It may be worth a try.
