As an aside :
I think I fixed a bug with importing ATSC channels.conf in 7851 but
I'm still not sure it's correct (extra fields may be in there which
we're not processing). I can't fix and test  because I don't have
access to ATSC but if someone could generate a channels.conf file I'll
generate a patch or better still generate the patch yourself :)
