Currently - yes.
You'll need to use a newer kernel to get the ethernet, sound, and other
assorted devices working. Video on the 6150 is a no go right now.
Supposedly this will be fixed with the 8xxx series of nVidia drivers.
Which is sad, because these boards would be great for a MythTV system.

Also, if I'm running with a newer kernel, couldn't I pop in an old gfx
card until the drivers catch up?
