It's not an error. Just messages. Nothing to worry about (unless it
doesn't record).
It appears there is an extra forward slash (‘/’) in the path and that
might be the issue.
Not on *nix. Might cause problems on some broken (wind)OS's, but hasn't
been a problem on *nix for years and years and years.
Or the frontend might simply be attempting to monitor the recording
too quickly as the file is just being created.

Does anyone recognize this error? Does anyone think I should attempt
to identify the reason for the error messages?
