Hmmm...by "account details" I assume you mean username and password only.
These are entered EXACTLY as they were given, no spaces or misplaced case.
Are there other account details I should be adding?
Is it possible that the wrong config i being read from during fill?
Very unlikely. Are you sure this is a labs.zap2it.com account, and not a regular zap2it.com account?
