Except for those users for whom it changes channels slower (or the same
as before). :)
(In other words, LiveTV wasn't re-designed for the purpose of improving
channel change speed, but for some that was a happy side-effect of the
re-design. So, don't go into it expected lightning-fast channel changes.)
