I would like to help my boss in California. He told me that he's with cox. He also told me that he tried using the firewire output port and he said, that he can't get it to work. I don't know what software he used. I'm sure that he used Microsoft Windows. Is there a way to change on the set top box to enable firewire transmission? Thanks,
