I know that this isn't exactly myth related but I'm sure someone on here knows the answer...

I had everything working fine until I did a "yum update". It installed a new kernel and of course X couldn't start because the original nvidia-graphics-kmdl file was no longer appropriate. so I tried both "yum --enablerepo=atrpms install nvidia-graphics" and tried other combinations of "update" and "install" and "nvidia-graphics-kmdl" etc and it never did anything. Finall I browsed atrpms.net and fully specified the package name, but whats the deal? Shouldn't yum be able to figure this out?

Info:
Fedora Core 4
Kernal 2.6.14-1.1653_FC4

Thanks,
Richard
