Any news on this?  I am running FC4 with 2.6.13-1.1532 i686 (Athlon XP 32 bit CPU) with a PVR-350.  It seems this started to occur after I installed a RAID adapter for extra storage (3ware 7500 series, 8 port).  Could this be the issue?  Also, what do I have to change in linux (if anything) when I change the IRQ either in the BIOS or by moving slots?

I am seeing about 5-6 errors per second, looks exactly like the example.

And what's going to happen when I pop this fancy PVR-500 in there?  More IRQ sharing issues?

I've had the same problem with recordings on my x86_64 system.  After
some searching I noticed that my first tuner shared an interrupt with
one of the disks in my raid array.  I thought that this might be
causing some data to get dropped on the capture card during heavy I/O.
I recently rearranged my PCI cards in an attempt to reorder the
interrupts, and it appears to be fixed.  I can't say for sure that my
diagnosis was correct, but it sounds plausible to me.  Any opinions?
