I've been using CVS/SVN for almost a year, and have been transcoding OTA HD from MPEG2 to MP4. You're out of luck; there's no UI for it. You could use the MySQL command-line or some GUI/web frontend (like phpMyAdmin) to manipulate the "transcoder" column of the "recorded" table. --Rob
